    Require the Department of Health and Human Services, within one year of the bill's enactment, to develop and disseminate best practices regarding the prominent display of substance use disorder history in patient records of patients who have previously provided this information to a health care provider. It also would require the secretary to disseminate the best practices to health care providers and state agencies.
